Looking at the short- and long-term consequences of ecological crisis and the legacy of toxic sites in Lebanon and elsewhere, tOD took part of an exhibition by Sursock Museum: Let’s Talk About the Weather: Art and Ecology in a Time of Crisis
tOD participated by curating a Toxic Tour alongside Beirut River, explaining its transformation from a natural river to its present condition as a toxic site, and its potential rehabilitated future as a public space. In conjunction with the LTAW exhibition, tOD also contributed an essay questioning “How Can Designers Create Conditions to Support Life?” as part of the publication “Elements for a World: WATER”
