A beach house designed to reduce its footprint on the natural site, and maximize the connection of the indoor and outdoor space.

By splitting the house in two, one half is moved upwards to enhance the view, freeing the space underneath. A courtyard punctures the space to highlight the cantilevered upper floor. The swimming pool is embedded in the roof and raised to avoid excavation in the site.
