T Rooftop Building is a six-storey private residential building in Ashrafieh dating back to the modern times.
Our vision was to create a roof garden offering an enticing outdoor experience with 180 degree views onto Beirut’s skyline.
A pool lines the southern side of the terrace, leaving a flexible and free area to include a bar, a lounge, a tanning area, and a generous stretch of green wrapping all around. The concept departs from a sustainability approach that dictated the choice of materials used as well as the plant selection.
